Please contact us so we can determine if your country is eligible for worldwide shipping. Unfortunately, due to high fraud rates, we cannot ship to countries in Africa besides South Africa.


Handling Time

Please allow 5 - 7 business days handling time. This time is used to test all components prior to shipment. Each CARPUTER that leaves our warehouse passes a rigorous performance examination, to make sure that it is up to Carputer.Me standards.

A UPS tracking number will be sent via email approximately one week after the order is placed.


Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless an expedited method of delivery is specified.

Orders are insured for the full amount to protect buyer in the event of theft, damage, or loss.

An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. Failure to be present three consecutive times will result in the package being returned to Carputer.Me. In the event this happens, buyer will incur an additional shipping charge to re-send item.


International Shipping


Your country or post office may levy additional duties & tariffs when claiming your item. We do not know how much. These costs are not included in the price of shipment, nor the cost of the item. The shipment will be declared at $800.00 value (CARPUTER + 7" Monitor and standard parts), plus the merchandise cost of any accessories. Please contact your local post office or customs office to learn more about duties & tariffs.

International shipping rates are subject to change. Please see our international rates prior to placing order. Additional accessories may increase the cost of an international shipment.

International shipments will be sent using UPS Worldwide Expedited. Transit time is typically 2 - 3 business days. Please expect the delivery and have an adult present at the time of package arrival to sign for the item.

International clients must submit payment using a verified account. We cannot risk sending an item of high value to an unverified address. Please comply with this requirement prior to placing your order, or it will be refunded.


UPS
Tracking Numbers

Tracking is updated prior to the end of the business day as items are shipped. Tracking may not be available on UPS.com until after 8PM EST, when the package has been received by UPS from our warehouse shipping department.

Domestic Return Policy

Return Policy
Due to the custom aspect of CARPUTER, we are unable to accept returns on any CARPUTERS. We will resolve any issues that you have over the phone, or we will send you a call tag to ship the item to us, and we will perform the necessary repairs. In the event that issues are not resolved, we will substitute your CARPUTER with a new unit.

Accessories and monitors have a 30 day money-back return policy. If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, then restocking will be assessed, depending on the condition of the item upon receipt. Unopened accessories will be refunded the full value of the accessory minus shipping charges incurred by CARPUTER.ME to send the item initially. Defective monitors or accessories will be exchanged for working models.

Warranty Service
CARPUTER ships with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers parts and labor defects occuring from natural use of the computer. An extended warranty is available at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover CARPUTERS that have been opened, damaged by water or electrical shock, treated roughly, dropped, or stolen.

In the event that CARPUTER needs to be repaired, please contact us for instructions.

Service outside of warranty term
Client will be responsible for shipping item to Carputer.Me via a trackable, insurable method. Item will be examined, and repaired. Hourly billing rates may apply, as well as cost of parts. Please contact us for instructions.
